Geraldine Dillee, 78, Edgerton, MO passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Carson Speaks Chapel; 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Independence, MO. Inurnment to follow at Swan Lake Cemetery.
Geraldine was born December 28, 1932 in Kansas City, MO the daughter of Benjamin and Verna L. (Blacketer) Stroud. She retired from U.S. Safety as an administrative clerk. Geraldine enjoyed reading novels, sewing and traveling, she especially loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Dillee in 2002; two sisters and one brother.
Survivors include her sons; Dr. Michael Funk and his wife Susan of Islamorada, FL, Keith Dillee and wife Stacey of Edgerton, and Kirk Dillee of Missouri City; grandchildren, Dustin, Meghan, Melissa, Bradllee and Katelin Dillee; sister, Betty Rues and husband Denny and brother, John M. Stroud.
