Patricia Duley

Patricia “Patty” J. Duley, 43, Independence, MO passed away April 20, 2011. Services will be at 3 pm, Monday, April 25, 2011 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave, Independence, MO 64052; cremation. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 1 pm.
Patty was born Oct. 6, 1967 in Tucson, AZ. She worked in food service for the Independence School District for ten years – most recently at William Chrisman High School. Patty enjoyed cooking and baking, reading and watching TV, but especially loved her eleven grandchildren.
Patty was preceded in death by her mother Norma Jean Gardner, brother David M. Gardner, niece Jessica J. Gardner and granddaughter Kendra Duley. She is survived by her husband of twenty-seven years Bill Duley, Sr., of the home; daughters Tabitha Garrett and husband Victor, Jr. of Sugar Creek, MO; Angel Duley, El Dorado, KS; Fawn Thomas and husband Nick; sons Bill Duley, Jr. and Patrick Duley, all of the home; father Patrick Gardner and wife Ramona Stewart, Independence, MO; sister Yvonne Howell and husband Robert, Columbia, MO; brothers Kenneth Gardner and wife Patti, Overland Park, KS; William Gardner and wife Tina, Kansas City, MO; step-brothers Robert Stewart and wife Debbie; David Stewart and wife Connie, all of Independence, MO; Billy Stewart and wife Jeannette. Lamar, MO; Kevin Stewart and wife Kathy, step-sisters Jean Ann Milton and husband Robert; Mona Lyon and husband Dave; Susan Milton and husband Rusty, all of Independence, MO and eleven grandchildren.
