Kathleen Eckhart, 46, Sibley, MO passed away unexpectedly June 10, 2009.
Kathy was born October 22, 1962 in Granite City, IL. She is survived by her daughter, Tawnya; her husband of 11 years, Stanley Lewis and her mother, Linda Butcher of Independence; father, Duane Eckhart and his wife Jude of Platte City; two sisters, Debbie Kroll and her husband Dave of Grain Valley; Barbara White and her husband Mike of Lee’s Summit; and brother, David Eckhart of Kansas City, MO. Kathy will be remembered for her compassion and kind heartedness that especially showed through her generosity, her love of animals and her love of art.
A private family memorial service will be held on June 22, 2009. Memorial contributions are suggested to Wayside Waifs, 3901 Martha Truman Rd. Kansas City, MO 64137
