Edward Preston Patton, known affectionately to all as Eddie, left this world on September 12, 2025, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 61. Born on July 31, 1964, in Kansas City, MO, his family moved to Tulsa when he was very young. Eddie forever touched the lives of those who knew him with his warm smile and gentle spirit.

Eddie's journey began in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Nathan Hale High School. He was a proud Boy Scout, instilling in him values of integrity and perseverance that he carried throughout his life. A true lover of creativity, he spent countless hours crafting model cars, showcasing his keen eye for detail and passion for craftsmanship.

Family was the cornerstone of Eddie's life. He cherished every moment spent with them, whether it was fishing with his beloved Grandpa or sharing meals filled with laughter and love. He was a staunch fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals, often gathering with family and friends to cheer for his favorite teams. Eddie's heart was a reservoir of fond memories, each moment a testament to the good values he embodied.

The bonds of family and friendship that Eddie built throughout his life will remain a cherished reminder of his generous spirit and the love he shared with everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Eddie's memory will live on through the stories we share, the laughter we remember, and the love he fostered in our lives. In that way, he will always be with us.
