Melvin Lee Endicott, 76, Kansas City, MO passed away Monday, February 20, 2012.
A prayer service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2012 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church; 3736 S. Lee’s Summit Rd; Independence, MO 64055. Entombment will follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery.
Melvin was born October 13, 1935 in Carrollton, MO. He was employed with the Kansas City School District as a chemistry teacher and later with Farmland Industries. Melvin retired as owner of Chapel Texaco Service Station in Kansas City, MO.
Survivors include his step children, Corina Mascaro and Raul Mascaro; two step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren; brother Virgel Endicott. Melvin was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude Mascaro Endicott and his parents.
