John Engle, 65, Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Speaks Chapel; 18020 E. 39th Street. Funeral services will be at 2:00, Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Washington. Memorial contributions may be made to KC Hospice.
John was born January 8, 1947 in Kansas City, MO, the son of E.J. and Betty Engle. John enjoyed fishing and was an avid hunter.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Summer Buckley; and his mother. Survivors include wife Judy Engle of 36 years; children, Jeff Engle, Brad Buckley (Mitzi), Shayna Buckley; grandchildren, Cody and Cady Robinson, Sydney and Lily Buckley; father E.J. Engle, sister, Cheri Thornton (Jim).
