Janet Ann Enloe, 68, a resident of Buckner, MO passed away on April 21, 2015, in Kansas City, MO. Janet was born on September 5, 1946, to Dewey and Margaret (Robinson) Ray in Kansas City, MO. In high school, she met and married her sweetheart, Larry Enloe. They had two children: Sheri and Mike. Janet was the matriarch of the family in every sense of the word. Her pure joy and passion for caring for her family members and friends will always be remembered and treasured. She never met a stranger, and enjoyed talking with folks wherever she went. She loved everyone, and was in turn lovable. Janet had a cheerful and fun personality, and a great sense of humor.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Larry, of the home; daughter, Sheri Tobey, and her husband, Pat, of Platte City, MO; son, Mike Enloe, and his wife, Nichole, of Leavenworth, KS; five cherished grandchildren: Kaylee Tobey, Ashlee Collins, Lexi Tobey, Patrick Tobey, and Todd Enloe; one adored great-granddaughter, Arianna Austin; sister, Debbie Mallory, and her husband, Gerald, of Bonner Springs, KS; and a host of dear family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015, at 2:00pm, at Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 Adams, Buckner, MO, 64016. Family will greet friends from 12:00-2:00pm on Friday at the chapel. Burial will follow the funeral service at Six Mile Cemetery.
