James Ethridge

James Ethridge, 45, of Indep., MO, passed away September 3, 2014. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, Sept. 20, at Tributes Bar & Grill, 8500 E 40 Hwy, KCMO. Jimmy was born on April 28, 1969 in Poplar Bluff, MO, and was raised in Des Arc, MO. He was a resident of the Independence/Buckner area for many years. Jimmy was a very talented musician, playing the guitar, singing, writing his own music, and listening to classic southern rock. Jimmy was a very likable, social, outgoing person, with a large group of people that he called friends. Either riding his Harley, or sitting on the porch, Jimmy was happiest when people were around. He was a cabinet maker by trade, but was able to do all trades on the job. Survivors include; parents, Debra Sue Peal and Larry Eddie Peal; children, Mike Ethridge, Terry Ethridge, April Ethridge; stepdaughters, Crystal Coyle and Allyssa Collins; sister, Becky Lowery; brothers, Mike Ethridge, Jackson Faries, Justin Peal, and Richard Holden; and ex-wife, Gina Deardorff.
