Eileen Donella Falcone, 89, Independence, MO, formerly of Buckner, MO, died March 4, 2008. Services will be 1 pm, Sat., March 8, 2008 at Speaks Buckner Chapel; interment at Buckner Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 am before the funeral at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Northland Hospice.
Eileen was born Nov. 28, 1918 in Perryville, MO. She and her husband, Carl Falcone were the caretakers at Fort Osage Historical site for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Buckner and a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of VFW Post #3976 in Sugar Creek.
Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, in 1996; seven brothers, five sisters and a grand daughter. She is survived by son Bruce Falcone and wife Doris, Liberty, MO; daughters Carleen Decker and husband Bill; Susanne Case and husband Danny, all of Independence, MO; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren
