Eleanor June Feiser, 89, of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012 surrounded by family. A visitation for Mrs. Feiser will be from 1:00 - 2:30, Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial at Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery will follow.
Eleanor was born on June 30, 1922 in Valley City, ND to Charles and Mabel Stowell. She moved to Independence, MO in 1940, where she met and married her husband, David. Eleanor was a life long member of Community of Christ. Most of all, she will be remembered for the love she gave so willingly to her family.
Eleanor is survived by her husband David; daughters Dianne Luther (Bill) and Roxanne Groff; sister Jean Sinclair; brother Clarence Stowell; five grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers Kenneth and Richard; and sister Florence. Donations may be made to Omega Hospice; 3171 NE Carnegie Dr. Lee’s Summit, MO 64064.
