Mark Evans Fisher

Mark Evans Fisher, 47, Leavenworth, KS passed away April 1, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm, Sat., April 7 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; cremation. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Mark was born Feb. 12, 1960 in Independence, MO. He joined the U.S. Air Force after attending William Chrisman High School. He served as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician from 1978-2004 and served all over the world, including England, Panama, McClellan AFB, CA and Altus AFB, OK. Mark earned his pilot�s license at age 17 and also enjoyed electronics, fishing and Reece�s Peanut Butter Cups. Mark was preceded in death by his mother Jayne Fisher in 1991. He is survived by his wife, Karen Fisher, of the home; sons Bryon D. Fisher, Athol, MA; Eric P Fisher; Nicholas J. Fisher; daughter Kaitlin J. Fisher, all of Grand Rapids, MI; father Blake A. Fisher, Independence, MO; brothers Paul B. Fisher; James R. Fisher; and sister Ann-Margaret E. Myers, all of Independence.
