Donald H. Fitzgerald, 56 Independence, MO passed away Oct. 21, 2007. Services will be 2 pm, Wed., Oct. 24 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; Interment at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens with Full Military Honors. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.
Don was born Dec. 29, 1950 in Nashville, TN. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He served as a Dallas (TX) Police Officer for 31 years.
Don is survived by his wife of 21 years, Jodi Fitzgerald, of the home; son Robert Isham and wife Kathy, Greenwood, MO; daughter Angela Hobbs and husband Douglas, Excelsior Springs, MO; brother Terry Fitzgerald and wife Debbie, Palmotte, FL; grandchildren Ashley Isham, Chris Hobbs and Tyler Hobbs; great-grandchildren Brooklynn Hobbs and Brycen Hobbs.
