He was born on August 30, 1933, to Mary and Michael Plisowski, who immigrated to the United States from Ukraine in pursuit of a better life for their children.

Frank proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War era. Trained as a weather specialist, he served overseas, though not in Korea. His military service was a point of quiet pride, reflecting his lifelong commitment to duty without seeking recognition.

Frank spent the majority of his professional life working for Butler Manufacturing, where he traveled extensively across the United States and around the world overseeing construction projects both large and small. He was respected for his competence, reliability, and willingness to do whatever was needed to ensure a job was done right. For Frank, work was never about accolades—it was about responsibility, craftsmanship, and keeping his word.

Those who knew Frank remember him as quiet, gentle, and strong. He was the kind of man who would go out of his way to help anyone, whether friend or stranger, without expecting thanks in return. He had a deep love for cars and racing, enjoyed fixing and building things with his own hands, and took pleasure in football and baseball. His satisfaction came from solving problems, working steadily, and being useful to others.

Frank was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lois Jeanne Plisowski, and was the youngest and last surviving sibling of four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his daughter Linda Moore; son Nicholas Plisowski and wife Dolly; grandson Matthew Moore and wife Melissa; granddaughter Jacqueline Plisowski, grandson Grayson Harris; and great-grandsons William Moore and Michael Moore.

Frank now joins Jeanne, with whom he shared a long and loving life. His quiet presence, steady hands, and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed, but his legacy lives on in the family he loved, the work he completed, and the countless lives he touched simply by being who he was.
