Jeneane (Franks) Binger-Ferrell

Jeaneane Binger, 86, of Blue Springs, MO passed away July 17, 2018. She was born August 17, 1931 in Viola, AR to Raymond and Vera (McElmurry) Franks. Jeneane is survived by her son, Richard Binger and wife Pat; daughter, Kelly Estes and husband Bob; sister, Dagna McGovern; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. A celebration of Jeneane’s life was actually held previous to her death, so she could be in attendance with her loving family members and close friends.
