Mary Elizabeth Frost, 84, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away October 17, 2020. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. prayer service on Friday, October 23, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. Mary was born March 4, 1936 in Kansas City, MO to Walter J. and Minnie J. (Webb) Wilder. Everyone that knew Mary, knew she was a spunky little lady, who loved flowers, sewing, embroidery and coloring. Mary passed from Covid-19, and the family would ask for all to be vigilant in wearing your mask in honor of their special person. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 40 years, Paul E. Frost. Mary is survived by her stepson, Stephen “Mike” Frost (Dinna); stepdaughter, Jennifer DeMarco (Tony); five grandchildren, Joshua Frost (Sarah), Brandi Corum (Justin), Katie Young (Rob), Christopher Frost (Sarah) and Tiffany Coffey (Mark); as well as twelve great-grandchildren. The artist is not a special kind of person, rather each person is a special kind of artist. Mary was so talented with ceramics, acrylics and sewing.
