Paul Frost, 80, of Independence, MO passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at John Knox Village Care Center. Paul was born July 28, 1929 to Claude and Gussie Frost. He attended The University of California at Berkley for several years before moving to Missouri to work on the family dairy farm. Paul worked as a meat cutter for more than 30 years at Milgram Foods and Safeway prior to his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and food, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him for his sense of humor and ornery nature. Paul is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary (Widler) Frost; daughter Jennifer DeMarco and husband Tony; son S. Mike Frost and wife Dinna; brother Milton Frost; sister Betty Crane; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-6:00 PM Sunday July 25 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence. Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday July 26 at the Chapel with burial at Elmwood Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
