Donald Ray “Don” Fulfor, 69, Blue Springs, MO passed away Nov. 3, 2015. A memorial visitation will be 3-5 pm, Sunday, Nov. 8 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055; cremation. Committal services with Full Military Honors will be at 11 am, Monday at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. The family requests contributions to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Don was born Oct. 8, 1946 in Texas City, TX to Willie Ware and Thelma Irene (Williams) Fulfor. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.S. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam. Following his discharge from active service he worked for Army-Air Force Exchange Service managing restaurants at military bases all over the world including Germany and Japan. He enjoyed boating, fishing and his aquariums but most of all loved motorcycling. He was a member of the GWRRA – Goldwing Road Riders Association - for fifteen years. Don is survived by his wife Annette Fulfor, of the home; sons Russel Dean Fulfor and wife Lisa, Frisco, TX; Kristopher Brown and wife Jennifer, Blue Springs, MO; Donald Ray Fulfor, Jr., Birmingham, MO; daughter Mindy Lei Anderson, Blue Springs, MO; brother Dean Fulfor and wife Sharon, Murchison, TX; sister Lynda Milutin and husband JD, Santa Fe, TX; grandchildren Cassidy & Mason Fulfor; Claire, Anna & Hope Latawiec, all of Frisco, TX; Gavin Michael Diewert, Blue Springs, MO; sister-in-law Janette Monzingo and husband Mike, Blue Springs, MO, many other family members and his beloved cats Oscar, Tony and Coco.
