Glenn Ellis Arnold, Sr. passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023, surrounded by those who love him. He was 58.
Ellis (as he was known to most) was born on September 2, 1964 to Betty Sears and Warren Arnold. He spent a good portion of his adult life driving a big rig across North America. He loved being on the road and shared that love with his children on trips across the country.
Everyone who loved him knows that he loved to fish and took great pride in his grandchildren, believing he could fix anything. He never met a stranger and, if you were lucky enough to be loved by him, he would adopt you into the family in a heartbeat. He would do anything for his family. He loved big and unconditionally.
He is survived by his siblings; Jeannie Howerton, Jo Hill, Billy Manlove, Robert Manlove, and Kim Allen, his five children; Amanda Arnold, Seth Bauman, Megan Wright, Ellis Arnold JR (E.J.), and Jolynn Arnold, his grandchildren; Reggie Landstrom, Jaimeson Severa, Gaige Wright, Jaden Bauman, Ruby Wright, Adahlynn Arnold, Abigail Wright, Abel Arnold, Lena Bauman, Ezekiel Arnold, and Emma Crane, and his beloved Michele Sharp and her daughters Maddie Pruitt and Kaitlyn Pruitt.
Cremation is planned and a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in Warsaw, MO to commemorate the good he did and the lives he touched.
