Glen Lyle Greenfield Jr.

Glen Lyle Greenfield, 63, beloved husband, father and friend, of Independence, MO passed away Friday, January, 2, 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer. Memorial Services will be 7:30 pm Monday, January 5, 2004 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be from 6:00 until service time at the chapel. Cremation. Lyle was born September 14, 1940 in Lamar, MO to Glen L. and Florence I. (Aton) Greenfield. Mr. Greenfield is survived by his best friend and wife of forty years, Marlene Greenfield, of the home; son Randall Greenfield and wife Cinzia of Germany, daughter Rhonda Stadter and husband Mike of Blue Springs, MO, son Grant Greenfield and wife Dawn of Independence, MO; six wonderful grandchildren who brought him much happiness; Brent, Brady, Samuel, Nicholas, Alexis and Beau; one great-grandson Grayson, whom he nicknamed "Shorty�. He is also survived by his sister Hazel Webster of Penalosa, KS; brother Tom Greenfield of Odessa, MO; sister Glenna West of Liberty, MO and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. As a longtime business owner in Independence, MO, Lyle touched many lives and all who knew him were richer for it. He will be greatly missed by all.
