Jeffrey Lee Griffin, 48, Independence, MO passed away, Monday, April 20, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Friday, April 24, 2009 at Carson Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Independence, MO. Burial to follow at Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:30 pm, Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Triality Tots Care Center 6600 Royal St #A Pleasant Valley, MO 64068.
“Jeffey” was born January 16, 1961 in Kansas City, MO the son of Mearl Eugene and Leona Frances (Branson) Griffin, they preceded him in death.
Survivors include his siblings; Steve Griffin and his wife Kathy of Ozark; Gary Griffin and his wife Margie of Bull Shoals, AR; Karen Miesner and her husband Ron of Sedalia; Terri Derstler and her husband Darrell of Richmond; and Francie Blackford and her husband Al of Ozark; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Jeff’s brothers and sisters would like to express their sincere gratitude to his many caregivers throughout his life.
