James Hall

James E. Hall, 81, of Kansas City, MO passed away October 8, 2008 at his home. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, at the chapel with burial to follow at Belton Cemetery. James was born April 10, 1927. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, serving in WWII. After 36 years of service he retired from the KCMO Police Department where he had worked as a supervisor of vehicle maintainence. James is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mary Ruth Hall; one son, James C. Hall and wife Caren; one daughter, Cheryl Wylde and husband Les; one sister, Grace Pitts; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
