Clara L. Hamilton, 87, Kansas City, MO passed away March 5, 2013. A graveside service will be held at 1 pm, Monday, March 11 at Mt. Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to Crossroads Hospice, 9237 Ward Pkwy., Kansas City, MO 64114.
Clara was born Oct. 26, 1925 in Clinton, MO. She was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved to read. She had a great life and was loved by many.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband Edward Hamilton, Sr. and son Edward Hamilton, Jr. She is survived by daughters Mary Burgess; Carol Sue Stackhouse and husband Chuck; sons Donald Hamilton; Rick Hamilton and wife Kelly; sister Ann Walters; brother Lloyd Parsons; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
