Ruth Hannaford, 93, of Independence, MO passed away May 22, 2011. Visitation from 5-7:00 p.m. on Wed., May 25, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Graveside service at 1:00 p.m. on Thurs., at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Oscar. She is survived by one daughter, Natalie Carter and husband Charles; two grandchildren, Marissa and Michael Carter. She will be dearly missed.
