Joyce Irene Hannah

Joyce I. Hannah, 68, of Independence, MO passed away on May 12, 2007 at the Centerpoint Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery. Joyce is survived by three children, Larry Hannah, Cynthia Steutermann, and Joy Rambo; six grandchildren, Jessica, Erika, Mikaela, Bud, James and Jennifer; one great grandchild, Anthony; two brothers, William and Earl; and three sisters, Louise, Flossie and Betty. She was preceded in death by her parents. Joyce lived in Independence for most of her adult life, and enjoyed caring for others throughout her nursing career. She also had a passion for spending time with her grandchildren and also caring for animals. We will cherish her memories and miss her greatly.
