Mary Dendish, 68, of Independence, MO passed away Thursday, March 1 2012 surrounded by friends and family in her home. Mary will forever be remembered for the care she gave to so many as a pediatric nurse for 45 years, and the love that she showed to everyone who came her way. Most of all, however, is the love that she was able to teach to her family and friends who will now be able to spread that love to others.
A Visitation for Mary will be 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. Services will be 10:00 am Monday, March 5, 2012 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial at Oakridge Memory Gardens, Independence, MO.
Mary was born on August 21, 1943 to parents Fred and Gayle Copelin. She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Dendish; son Richard Hearron; daughter Theresa Todd and husband Ronald; sister Ruth Anne Renfrow and husband Neal; brother Freddy Copelin; step-son Frank Dendish Jr., wife Michelle and their three children; step-son Gary Dendish, wife Malina and their two children, fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
