Alaya Lanae� Hornsby-Swanson, infant daughter of Matrika Nicole Hornsby and Justin Mark Swanson, was stillborn Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at the Medical Center of Independence. Graveside services will be 4:00 pm Monday, October 25th at Brooking Cemetery. Alaya is survived by her parents Matrika Nicole Hornsby of Independence, MO and father Justin Mark Swanson of Kansas City, KS; maternal grandparents Kenneth and Mary Ann Hornsby of Independence, MO; paternal grandmother Shirley Swanson of Kansas City, Kansas; aunt Kahlika Hornsby of Independence, MO.
