Yvonne Gail (Gardner) Howell, 55, Columbia, MO passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wed., July 6, 2011 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Independence, MO. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Wed. at McFall Cemetery, McFall, MO, SW of Bethany, MO. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Tues. at the funeral home.
Yvonne was born August 31, 1955 in Savannah, GA the daughter of Patrick Wayne & Norma Jean (White) Gardner. She was a member of the Church of God, aWA. Yvonne was a loving, caring woman who battled chronic illnesses with a positive attitude.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Gardner; brother, David Gardner; sister, Patty Duley. Survivors include her loving husband, Dr. Robert Howell of 30 years; sons, Gerald Gardner, & Jason Howell & wife Michelle; grandchildren, Dillon Hixon, Austin Payne, Alexander, Megan, Nathan & Noah Howell & Brooklyn Gardner; father, Patrick Gardner & wife Ramona; brothers, Kenneth Gardner & wife Patti, & William Gardner & wife Tina; & numerous nieces, nephews, & family.
