Jason Carlyle Irwin, 38, of Concordia, MO, formerly of Blue Springs, MO went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Woods Chapel Bible Fellowship, 701 NW Woods Chapel Rd., Blue Springs, MO 64015. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church benevolence fund for the kids college education. Burial in Blue Springs Cemetery. Jason was born September 3, 1973 in Kansas City, MO to Lyle and Sherlyn (Nichols) Irwin. He was pursuing a career as a Landscape Contractor. He had grown up in the family business, Colonial Nursery, in Blue Springs, MO. Jason is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Jenny (Barber) Irwin; sons Jackson, Jonah, Jordan, Joseph; father Lyle Irwin and wife Lori; sister Tammy Stoecklein and husband Bruce; grandparents Wilbur “Short” and Betty Nichols; Nadine Irwin; and by a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Sherlyn Irwin.
