Christopher Michael Jenks, 22, of Independence, MO passed away Friday, May 28, 2010. Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2010 in the chapel. Cremation. Christopher was born April 13, 1988 in Independence, MO the son of Jeff Mankin and Robin Jenks. He was finishing his studies in Interpersonal Communications and Spanish and planned to graduate in August from UMKC. Christopher had a wide variety of interest and loved world travel. His goal in life was to change the world in a positive way. Christopher is survived by his mother Robin Jenks; father Jeff Mankin; siblings Jennie Dabbs, Jennifer Baldwin, Frank Jenks, Jake Mankin, Jason Mankin; and by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends
