Jim Michael Harshfield left this world far too soon on June 13, 2025. Born on July 23, 1962, in Wichita, Kansas, Jim was known for his vibrant spirit and an unquenchable zest for life. He navigated the world with a big personality that lit up every room he entered, making friends effortlessly wherever he went. His warmth and charm were undeniable, and he never knew a stranger.

In his professional life, Jim dedicated himself to being a production manager for WSM Industries. His commitment and work ethic were admirable; he approached his career with the same enthusiasm that he brought to all aspects of his life. A true lover of the outdoors, Jim spent countless hours at the farm, indulging in his passion for fishing and hunting. Those moments spent in nature brought him immense joy, allowing him to connect with the beauty around him and the friends he held dear.

Jim is survived by his wife, Michelle Harshfield; siblings, Rod (Jan) Harshfield, Kim (Bill) Davey, Terri (Steve) Jones, Jeff (Elizabeth) Harshfield; grandchild, Tanner (Keondre) Townsend; 3 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; extended family and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Kenneth and Carolee Harshfield, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.

Though Jim has departed from this earth, he leaves behind a legacy of friendship, joy, and an unwavering spirit that will continue to inspire those who knew him.
