Carroll Johnson

Carroll David Johnson, 72, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at John Knox Village Care Center. Carroll was born on October 12, 1950, in Lebanon, MO to Hayward and Mary (French) Johnson. Carroll was a road driver for several major truck lines, including All-American Trucking Consolidated Freight, and eventually retiring from Arkansas Best Freight. He loved his job. He was a member of Teamster Retiree Club. He enjoyed hunting with his buddies, NHRA drag racing, and dogs.
Carroll was a kind, generous, and thoughtful man who never met a stranger and was well liked by all. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn (Cox), a brother Wallace Johnson, a sister Shirley Fensom, brothers-in-law Bryan Cox and Kevin (Deborah) Cox, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He will be greatly missed.
