Clara Jones

Clara R. Jones, 93, of Kansas City, MO passed away August 31, 2008 at Wilshire at Lakewood. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m., with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington, Independence, MO. Clara was born October 8, 1914 in Kansas City, KS to Harvey and Josephine Fletcher. In 1975, she retired from the Jones Store where she worked for 20 years. She was also a member of Nativity of Mary Catholic Church since 1955. She is survived by one son, Richard Jones (Brenda); Ginger Schrader (Ron); two sisters, Josephine Case and Patsy Arnold; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
