Joyce C. Peters, 92, passed away April 14, 2025 at Cedarhurst Care Center. She was born in Sullivan County, Missouri on August 14, 1932.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex after 67 years of marriage; daughter, Janet Lynn Peters and her parents, Ralph and Alice May of Milan, Mo. She is survived by her son, Jim Peters (Linda) of Independence, Mo. and numerous cousins.
