Martha Jude, 80, of Kansas City, passed away Monday, March 11th 2013. A visitation will be held from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14th at Bible Fellowship Center; 2502 N. Liberty St. Independence, MO. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 15th at the church. Burial will be at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence.
Martha was born November 2nd 1932 in Nolan, West Virginia to John and Delphia J. (Jenkins) Caudill. She attended Nolan High School and later married Jobe Jude on July 11th 1977. Martha worked as a packer for Prior Brass manufacturing for 20 years before retiring in 1979. She loved being at church and regularly attended the activities there. Martha especially loved crafting with needle point and crochet as well as baking with her Wilson cake pans. She is loved and will be missed.
Martha is survived by husband, Jobe Jude of the home; stepsons, Gary Jude of Independence, MO; and Jobe Jude Jr. of Ohio; sisters, Dorothy Stuller of Ohio; Chelcia Braden of Lebannon, MO; Eula DePeralta of Kansas City, MO; and Mary Petty of Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded indeath by her parents and brother, Everette Vaughn and sister, Jackie Maynard.
