Myron Juliff

Myron Albert Juliff, 80, of Independence, MO peacefully passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Centerpoint Medical Center surrounded by his family. Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2009 at Pleasant Heights Community of Christ Congregation. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 9-10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Outreach International. Cremation. Private entombment at Mound Grove Cemetery. Myron was born October 11, 1928 in Independence, MO to Percival and Ethel (Hardy) Juliff. He was an active and faithful member of the Community of Christ. For many years, Myron worked at the family business, Juliff Heating & Air Conditioning. Mr. Juliff was a diehard sports fan and worked at the Royals Stadium for over 35 years. He was the king to his daughters and granddaughters! Myron is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Shirley (Petersen) Juliff; daughters Christine Koepke and husband Jerry, Brenda Fairchild and husband Roy, Dana Smart and husband Peter; granddaughters Heather Koepke, Janet, Megan, Jennifer and Sarah Fairchild, Emilie and Hannah Smart; brothers William and Edward Juliff. He was preceded in death by his two sisters, Audrey and Marie.
