Kelley Karbowski

Kelley Robert Karbowski, 40, of Kansas City, MO, passed away, Friday, October 10, 2008 from injuries received in a motorcycle accident at 169 and 9 highways. Services will be 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel with visitation to follow until 7:00 p.m. Additional services and burial will be at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Omaha, NE. Kelley was born July 24, 1968 in Omaha, NE to Kenney and Gloria (Harder) Karbowski. He grew up in Omaha and graduated from public schools there. He was a member of the Army Reserves and had attended St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church in Omaha. He moved to the Kansas City area eight years and worked as the Manufacturing Manager for ThyssenKrupp Access. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and working out. He was married to Anne Hergenroder on June 7, 2000; she survives of the home. Other survivors include; a daughter, Hailey Karbowski of the home; his parents, Kenney and Gloria Karbowski of Omaha, NE; a sister, Jeana Karbowski of Omaha, NE and his grandparents Jerald and Ruth Harder of Omaha, NE.
