S. Earlene Karch, 82, Independence, MO passed away peacefully at her home on Aug. 22, 2009. Cremation. The family requests contributions to the American Red Cross.
Earlene was born Aug. 9, 1927 in Wayne MI. During WW II, her family moved to Wichita, KS before ultimately settling in Tulsa, OK. It was there she met and married Robert Karch. She was an artist who excelled at painting, sketching with pencils, and sculpting. She also enjoyed gardening, playing Bridge and bowling.
Earlene is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert Karch, of the home; daughters Sandra Daniel, Xiang Xiu, China; Barbara Richards, Gentry, AR; Kathy Karch, Kansas City, MO; brother Don Jackson and wife Loretta, Seattle, WA; sister Jean Goddard, Tulsa, OK; grandsons Bryan Chapman and wife Barbara, Denver, CO; Alan Lang and wife Kelley, Strausberg, CO; Derek Daniel, Camdenton, MO; Joshua Moran, Gentry, AR; and seven great-grandchildren.
