Kathryn Elizabeth Nolan, affectionately known as Cayden or Katy Beth, was a vibrant soul whose light shone brightly for far too short a time. Born on November 7, 1988, in Independence, Missouri, she brought joy and love to all who knew her. Tragically, she departed from this world on November 18, 2025, in North Kansas City, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and creativity that will forever resonate with her family and friends.

Kathryn was a devoted stay-at-home mother who poured her heart into raising her beloved children, Thompson and Audrey. Her family was her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Even in the busyness of motherhood, she made time for her many passions: art, spinning, knitting, weaving, reading, journaling, and too many more to list. Her colorful personality reflected in her love for vibrant fabrics and design, often adorned in fun and eclectic clothing that mirrored her spirit. She developed a knack for creativity that she expressed through her various crafts.

Kathryn's education was much more extensive than just the "some college" she officially completed. Between the many college courses she completed over the years across several programs, additional courses in art and crafts, and consistent self-study and innovative exploration, she was a highly educated and intellectual woman who pushed the bounds of her craft.

Kathryn is survived by her loving husband, Clinton Nolan. Together, they built a beautiful family filled with love and laughter. She is also survived by her cherished children, Thompson and Audrey, who will carry on her memory and values as they grow. Parents, Mark and Lori Ann Anderson. Her siblings, Grant Anderson, sister Ashley Dacy and her family, and brother Trevor Anderson and his wife; many extended family members near and far. Additionally, she is survived by her loving in-laws: Matthew, Daniel, and Jack Nolan, as well as her father-in-law John Nolan.

Though now they cope with the heartbreak of her absence, they will always remember Kathryn as the loving woman who embraced life with open arms and an open heart. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Eloise Nolan, and her mother-in-law, whose spirits will surely welcome her home.

Kathryn's life will be celebrated on December 3, 2025, starting with a visitation at Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, Missouri, beginning at 1 p.m. and followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. Each moment shared in her memory will serve as a testament to the joy she brought and the love that remains.

Kathryn’s departure is a profound loss for all who knew her, yet her vibrant spirit will live on in the stories shared and the memories held close. She taught us the beauty of creativity, the importance of family, and the joy of living life to the fullest. Though she has left this earthly realm tragically and much too soon, her legacy of love and creativity will endure in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her.
