John Keeney

“John John” Keeney, 42, of Independence, MO passed away at Centerpoint on December 11, 2013 after sustaining injuries in an accident while walking to work the previous morning. John John was born August 9, 1971 to John F. and Janet Ruth (Fetters) Keeney and raised in Independence. John John is remembered for his reliable and helpful attitude. He was always laid back but hard at work. John John enjoyed fishing and especially time with his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his mother and father, John John will be missed by his older sister, Carol McClain; younger sister, Stacy Knapp and husband Chad; nieces and nephews, Adam McClain, Jessica McClain, Ericka Schweisberger, and John Keeney; and numerous other family and friends who will miss him dearly. A visitation will be held from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 15th at Carson Speaks Chapel. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 16th at the chapel.
