Ralph Keith

Ralph J. Keith was born March 7, 1921, and passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at the age of 90. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30-10:30 am, Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. A private burial will be held for family at Mound Grove Cemetery, Independence, MO.

Ralph was a graduate of William Chrisman High School. He served with the U.S. Army in South Africa and Italy during World War II and with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from American Oil Company after 30 years of employment. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Edna. Their life together began as high school sweethearts. They had enjoyed a full life and a retirement of fishing, travel, and golf.

Ralph is survived by his daughter, Kathy Page; grandson, Jim Page, wife Amy and daughters Ava and Reese; and grandson Ian Page, wife Angie and son Ethan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Odyssey Hospice, 800 E. 101st Terr #150, Kansas City, MO 64131.
