Cecil E. Kelley, 73, of Independence, MO, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2007. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 21, 2007 in the Cameron Memory Gardens cemetery in Cameron, MO. An Irish wake will be 6-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Cecil was born November 10, 1933 in Creal Springs, IL to Charlie B. and Dorothy (Simmons) Kelley. Mr. Kelley is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret (Netter) Kelley; son Michael E. Kelley, daughters Alicia Ann Sindt and husband Lauri, Mary Jane Williamson and husband William III; sister Carolyn Kay Broeking and husband Robert; grandchildren Steven E. Kelley, Andrew L., Aaron D., Ammon J., and Amy A. Sindt; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
