Jerry Kennedy

Jerry L. Kennedy, 59 of Buckner, passed away Tue. Oct 19, 2010 at his home. A memorial visitation will be held 7 – 8:30 p.m Mon. Oct 25, 2010 at the Speaks Buckner Chapel, 300 Adams St. Buckner MO. Mr. Kennedy was born on Sep. 16, 1951 to Jerry and Kathleen (Klein) Kennedy in California. He had been a union painter with District 9 Local 3, retiring in 1990. Jerry loved to fish, paint, and work on cars and motorcycles. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Barney McMillian of Independence. Another daughter Lacretia. A son Jeremy L. Kennedy and fiancé, Kara of Independence. 2 Siblings, Darryl Kennedy and Diane Guyer. Six grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
