Kevin James Wiggins, born on August 1, 1975, in Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on February 6, 2025, in his hometown. Kevin spent his childhood between Billings, Montana, and Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from Winette High School in Winette, Montana. The day after his graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy where he traveled to various corners of the globe. After his honorable service, Kevin returned to Kansas City, where he joined IBEW 124 and became an Inside Wireman. His final role was the role of foreman at The Baker Group. His dedication to his work and his affiliation with IBEW 124 was strong and he was proud to be a Brother to many. Kevin was a passionate supporter of his favorite team THE CHIEFS and cheered for the Royals and Mizzou! Additionally, Kevin was fascinated with history, in particular aircraft history. Kevin's passing was preceded by his mother and stepfather, Angie (Candler) and Richard Garner. He is survived by his wife, Judy Richardson; his children, Trinity Wiggins and her daughter Nova Coley and Kohen Wiggins; his step-children, Tristan Carman and Brooke Westphalen, Noah Carman and Peyton Carman; his father, Shayne Wiggins; his sister Emilee Sanders (Chris) and their son Kyrin Sanders: step sisters, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
