Mary Kimak

Mary Frances Kimak, 90, of Blue Springs, MO passed away, Monday, February 9, 2009 at the St. Mary’s Manor in Blue Springs. Cremation is planned with a memorial visitation from 1 to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Private family inurment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mary was born November 25, 1918 in Blue Springs, Mo to George and Nellie (Lowe) Ricketts and has been a lifelong are resident graduating from William Chrisman High School. She had worked as an underwriter for Marsh & McLennan Insurance Company for a number of years until she retired in 1985. She is survived by; a son, Claude McClain and his wife Barbara of Mesa, AZ; 2 granddaughters, Kelly Jones of Kansas City, MO and Kathleen Snow of Chanute, KS; 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
