Kaci Kobel

Kaci Kobel, 37, of Kansas City, MO joined her sister, Krickett in Heaven on Saturday, December 19, 2009. Kaci grew up in Raytown, MO where she graduated from Raytown High in 1990. She was a cheerleader and an awesome softball player. She enjoyed going to the lake in the summer, skiing, laying out and riding motorcycles. After high school, she met the love of her life, Darren, and married on May 15, 1993. They settled in Raytown with the two most important things in their life, their boys, Tyler (15) and Tanner (12). Kaci enjoyed nothing more than going to her boys baseball and football games, and shopping with them and for them. Not only did she love her kids, but also all of her fourteen nieces and nephews, and they all loved her. She had a daycare and treated all her kids as if they were her own. She also leaves behind her parents, Frank and Kathy Travis, who she thought the world of; her three sisters, Krysti Travis, Kim Starr and husband Gary, Klover Magdziarz and husband Joe; maternal grandmother, Ethel June Lohmeier; paternal grandparents, Bus and Marcene Travis; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dale and Jean Kobel; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Pat and Tami Hull, Gary and Michelle Kobel, and John McLelland. Kaci was preceded in death by her sister, Krickett McLelland; maternal grandfather, Marion Lohmeier; and uncle, Buzzy Lohmeier.
