Mack Jr. Kuhn

Mack Jr Kuhn, 92, of Independence, MO passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at his home. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. service on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, with burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. Mack was born September 22, 1920 in Jacksonville, MO to William and Blanche (Griesbach) Kuhn. He worked for Western Southern Life Insurance sales. He was an active member and treasurer of the Jazz Ambassadors Club in Kansas City, MO. Mack was a veteran of the United States Navy, service in WWII from 1942-1946. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Kuhn. He is survived by one son, Mitchel Kuhn; three daughters, Jacquelyn Mitef and husband Frank, Karyn Kuhn and Kathy Miller; two grandsons, Ivan Mitef and Christopher Mitef; granddaughter, Kara Miller; and great granddaughter, Leah Mitef.
