Lenore Larsen

Lenore W. (Gosling) Larsen, 65, passed from this life into the next on April 18, 2008, at her home in Independence. Lenore was born on Nov 17, 1942 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, the third of five children born to Reginald and Irene (Fisher) Gosling moving with her family to Independence, Mo in Sept 1952. She retired from J.E. Dunn as a Senior Billings Associate in December 2007 and was a member of the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Blue Springs congregation. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one son, Eric Larsen and one daughter, Amanda Larsen; four grandchildren, Jared, Cody, Morgan and Ty; two brothers Russell Gosling and Gregory Gosling; two sisters, Gaylia Coffman and Marylyn Gosling and many nieces and nephews. She was well loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 from 11:00am-Noon at the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Blue Springs Congregation, 5555 Valley View Rd., Blue Springs, Mo 64015. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to be made in Lenore's name to either the Remnant Church or Kansas City Hospice.
