Margarett Latimer

Margarett L. Latimer, 77, of Grain Valley, MO passed away March 17, 2011 at Research Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO. Services at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, at the chapel with burial to follow at Blue Springs Cemetery. Margarett was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Olga Audrey (Hall) Rowden; one brother, Roy Rowden; and two sisters, Ruby Joiner and Nola Terrill. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Floyd Latimer of Grain Valley, MO; one daughter, Brenda Berger and husband Dennis of Blue Springs, MO; two sisters, Shirley Sleyster of Independence, MO and Edna Smith of Wellington, MO; as well as many nieces and nephews. Margarett’s greatest passion and joy in life was her family. They will dearly miss her.
