Sue Jon Lichtenfeld, 75, Independence, MO passed away Jan. 17, 2010 at her home. Services will be 10 am, Friday, Jan. 22, 2010 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO 64055; interment at Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 �" 8 pm, Wed, Jan. 20 at the funeral home.
Sue Jon was born Nov. 29, 1934 in Kansas City, MO to Johnie and Dorothy “Toots” Foster. She graduated form William Chrisman High School. She retired from the B.F. Goodrich Tire Store in Independence after working there over twenty years. She cared most about her family.
Sue Jon is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Jim Lichtenfeld, of the home; daughter Jodi Edmonds and husband Jerry, Lee’s Summit, MO; sister Darlene Hearting, Missouri; grandchildren Kelli Sue, Nikki and fiancé Josh; great-grandchildren Jamie, D.J. and Connor.
