Robert Likely

Robert Edward Likely, 90, of Independence, MO, passed away on October 12, 2022, in his home. Robert was born on August 14, 1932, in Fort Scott, KS, to Archie and Mosella (Rose) Likely. On April 2,, 1960, he married Priscilla White, his beloved wife of 62 years. They went on to have three wonderful children. Robert served in the Navy and was in the Korean War and was a truck driver for L & C meat company for 30 years. There will be services for Robert on Sunday October 30, 2022, at 1:30pm at the VFW Post #1000 (1002 E US Hwy 24 #3106, Independence, MO 64050).
Robert is survived by his wife Priscilla, three children; Donald Eugene Likely, Laura Leigh Pearl (Steve), and Elizabeth Ann Braley (Colin), 7 grandchildren; Natalie, Jessica, Vanessa, Paige, Ashley, Kacie, and Chaise, 10 great-grandchildren; Liliana, Laney, Layla, Zakiah, Katelyn, Madalyn, Rozlyn, Austin, Kayden, and Kynzlie. He is preceded in death by his parents and 14 siblings.
